Minutes of the Meeting
                
              -	Discussed possible policy changes for next years finance committee bylaws
                1.Incease annual cap on per student conference requests; decided to leave cap unchanged for now
                2.Discussed changing timing of group requests; possibly have only two request periods and give out funds for entire 
                period prior to the actual period
                3.Amend the bylaws to include emergency access to reserve account; put in stipulation to only access reserve account 
                once a year. Only if budget is exceeded for conference and group funding, and even then can only access a certain percentage
                of what has already been given out

              -	Budget allocations for next academic year
                1.Discussed what parts of the current budget could be cut for next year based on what has been used up so far this year
                2.Began talking about how much to included in next years funding budget for groups and individuals

              -	Discussed new business for next meeting
                1.Finalize next years budget
                2.Go over drafted bylaw amendments
