              2-	Briefly went over revised group requests, tried to get a sense of what the groups may need for the 4th period
              3-	Held vote to approve full funding; 6 in favor and 0 opposed
              4-	No comments or concerns, group members left
              5-	Discussed amongst committee alternative funding options for conference funding, possibly look to change bylaws
              regarding available money
              6-	Potential to carry over unused conference funding from 2nd period to 4th period, or use remaining operations 
              budget of left over group money
              7-	Held vote to provide speakers with full funding and everyone else attending a conference 75% funding; 6 in favor
              and 0 opposed
