Minutes of the Meeting
                

              -Initiated meeting

              -Addressed individuals who attended regarding conference and group funding

              -Explained issues regarding budget; whether or not we can dip into reserve amount to fund everyone and have 
               money left for fourth period

              -Discussed having an emergency meeting to vote on using reserve funds

              -Explained to individuals that we did not have a quorum to hold a vote on distribution of funds

              -Ended meeting, told conference/group members that we would keep them posted on funding


              -Announced next meeting
