Minutes of the Meeting
                

              1-Budget
                a.Senate vote to raise student activity fee from $12 to $13? Must be voted on by December 14th
                b.Possibly tap into large reserve account for additional student funding, any unused budget money gets put back into reserve.
                  Making interest off reserve, possibly only use that towards funding and use rest of reserve as emergency fund.
                c.Get a feel from graduate student survey whether or not we should raise activity fee
                d.Discussed whether to increase or decrease certain line items for next years budget.
                  i.Increase supply funding
                  
              2-Funding Process Improvements
                A)Discussed better way to appropriate conference and individual funding
                  a.Big issue is how students are seen through the eyes of the registrar, whether or not they pay the fee
                  b.Felt that if a student pays the fee and are on campus they should get funding
                  c.Need to determine how much money specific schools have to distribute for conferences, and why they are not doing so.
