                1)Introduction

                2)Selecting a secretary for the committee.

                3)Review of all the programs to be held during the academic year and the role of the programs  committee
                  in organizing them.(Open Houses, Provost's Forum,Graduate Student Awards,Senior Week,Provosts Forum).

                4)Report on the International Student and Scholar Institute's planning committee meeting for the 
                  International Carnevale to be held during the months of Feb- Mar and GPSA's proposal of 
                  'Graduate Cultural Night' to be held during this time.

                5)Vice President of Academic Affairs, Tammy Hartkes idea for Finals week and the compiled list of events.

                6)List of possible venues for events apart from afterHours.

                7)Food and Entertainment.

                8)Publicity for all the future GPSA events. Ideas and assignments to committee.

                9)Contacts for all the Graduate student groups on campus.

                10)Volunteers to help with Open Houses.

                Next meeting to be held on December 5th (location to be decided) before the school closes for the winter break.
