Minutes of the Meeting
                
              1.We briefly discussed the President's forum regarding time,location, senate
              chamber capacity, publicity for the forum, and needed updates to the flyers 
              for the event

              2.Regarding publicity: we came up with a few new ideas such as an
              announcement on individual college websites in addition to the
              myneu announcement.

              3.We needed some senators to be at a GPSA table (preferably Female),
              greeters for President Aoun at the door, and to lead him in.Hiba volunteered
              to be at the table.

              4.We all agreed to go through previous year's publicity flyers and make
                changes and to forward it to Vidit Shah.

              5.I will update the senators at the next Student Affairs meeting and those
                who are on the Student Affairs committee regarding the President's Forum.
